OER Heroes.
During the fall and spring term each partner institution nominates one faculty member who has gone above and beyond to build and share high quality and accessible OER course materials. Through their efforts, students are saving money and other faculty can adopt/adapt their material; positivity impacting the greater Arizona community.

She champions the use of OER by sharing best practices and strategies at national conferences to help educators around the world adopt, adapt, attribute, and distribute OERs.
Tara O’Neill

Tara is not only a wonderful professor, but caring about her students. She built the courses from the ground up and was willing to share without hesitation with the consortium.

He carries an overload and found time to research and create an extensive collection of materials for CHM 130, including a lab manual. He has completed this project and is interested in doing more.
